Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and SIM cards that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and reset the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
